We have found Armada an excellent form of short term financing. They have a team of local managers - all with banking or accountancy backgrounds. they can make decisions on the spot. Please look through the information on Armada. We have summarised the basic steps, if you decide to fund your equipment purchases using this method.
1. Fill in a proposal form we can do this with you or on your behalf over the phone. this can be done in advance so as to ensure the lending in principal will be agreed.
2. Decide which items of equipment you wish to purchase and let us know in writing - email or fax are also ok.
3. We will then notify Armada who will arrange for a local business manager to visit and do all the paperwork if lending has been agreed.
4. Sign the contract with Armada and the equipment will be delivered and installed.
Armada can arrange short term finance over 6 months to 3 years. For Example: (costs per £1000 to be financed)
1 Year £95.50 + vat per month (1 month up front)
2 Year £53.50 + vat per month (3 months up front)
3 Year £39.50 + vat per month (6 months up front)
6 Month Lease - Add 10% to the cost (min charge £100)
Transfer Fee at the end of the lease is just 1%
NB: the rates quoted above may be subject to change in the future. If you have a leasing company you use already please let us know as we are happy to work with then for any needs you may have.

Looking After Your Coffee Machine
Coffee machines are expensive pieces of equipment that require pro active and regular maintenance. An inefficient machine will not perform to its optimum potential, will incur more costs and will produce a poor cup of coffee. Spending a short amount of time each day making sure the machine is clean and working properly can save you time and money now and in the future

Service
We carry out 2 types of service a front end service and a full service. We recommend that a front end service is carried out every 12 months and a full service every 18 months, to maximise their lifespan. This can be carried out at your premises and dependant on the type of machine, this would include:
- Strip and clean group heads.
- Replace washers, seals, shower plates, heads and gaskets.
- Strip, check, clean steam and water valves and replace seals where necessary.
- Check and adjust general machine settings.
- Advise on general condition of the machine and parts required for replacement, at point of service and in the future.
Also available full service (off site):
- Strip down and de-scale the boiler, feed pipes and group heads.
- Pressure safety valve test
- Electrical safety test.
Breakdown / Repair
Initially one of our staff will try and help you resolve the problem over the telephone. If that is not successful then we would send an engineer out to site. Our engineers carry the most common spare parts so that most problems can be repaired on site.
In the unlikely event that the machine could not be repaired on site, we would either arrange another on site visit if appropriate, or take the machine in to our workshop where we can deal with all types of repairs and refurbishments. We can supply a loan machine so you will not have to be without a machine.
Spare Parts
We stock a range spare parts for all our own coffee machines and various parts for other makes.
Water Treatment
We also specialise in water filters (or CTUs - Calcium Treatment Units) which are essential for ensuring that your coffee machine is not damaged by the build up of limescale. We recommend that a water filter is fitted to any plumbed coffee machine. Unless otherwise requested we will fit a CTU as standard when we install any plumbed machine. Water filters should generally be replaced annually. Exceptions to this are very busy sites or sites where a small filter has to be used due to space restrictions. In these cases the filter should be replace more often.
Warranty All our commercial coffee machines come with full parts and labour warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover issues caused by poor cleaning or descaling.
