Puly Products: Instructions for Use

 

 

Puly Milk – For use on Steam Tubes/Auto Milk Frothers

 

Measure 1 dose of Puly Milk (using the measure provided) in an s/s frothing jug filled with water. Immerse the steam tube in the solution for 5 minutes and then wipe with a clean damp cloth and release the steam to clear the nipple holes.

 

- Auto Milk Frothers

 

Make the solution as above, but place the frother tube in the solution, turn on and suck up approximately ½ of the solution. Leave it to stand for approx. 5 minutes, and then suck through the remainder of the solution before rinsing thoroughly with cold water.

 

 

Puly Caff Powder & Tablets – For use on Group Heads

 

Clean this equipment daily. Take the filter holder and insert a rubber or stainless steel blanking disk. Place either1 teaspoon or 1 tablet in the handle. Put the filter holder handle with the blanking disk back into the group head and press the coffee select switch (semi-auto) or the free flow switch (fully auto). Count to 10 and switch off. Leave to stand for 30 seconds. Repeat this process once more. Remove the handle. Run hot water through the group head until it runs clear. Then clean the group head seal with a group head cleaning brush (Jag 0112). This is done by placing the brush at the edge of the inside of the group head and turning it a full 360 degrees.

 

- Cleaning group Handles

 

Place 1 tablet/1 teaspoon of the Puly Caff (as above) in a washing bowl. Fill the bowl with warm water. Soak the handles and inserts for 30 minutes. Do this weekly.
